Product Selection - You need to get the right products in front of the right people. People are obsessed with getting great locations but thats not it. I would go so far as to even say that product selection is more important than the location itself.

The soda drinks that come bottled and available in stores are beaten by the ones made from soda machine courtesy of a new taste every time and ready to give a refreshing and sharper taste. The cost is much cheaper than what you have to part with for a bottled soda drink.
